Cancer Stem Cells In article number 2100985 by Jia Sun, Xin Han, and co-workers, a microfluidic tandem mechanical sorting strategy is reported to enrich cancer stem cells (CSCs) with high flexibility low adhesive capacity. The method achieves robust isolation of CSCs in high-throughput, label-free manner, which has promising potential for facilitating drug screening targeting developing novel therapeutic strategies overcoming resistance.
